Free Drum Loops - Semiquaver (Sixteenth Notes) Based
Practicing with a metronome is a very important part of learning, but it can be made even better by using a drum loop. The drum loop will perform the same function as a metronome, but will give a better context for real situations for your playing. The following recordings are of a real drummer, looped so you can practice along with them. These loops are all based on a semiquaver note subdivision i.e. four hits per beat. The tempos are stepped by in intervals of 5 beats per minute (bpm). As to find you can play along at a slow tempo, keep increasing the tempo until it becomes difficult, and then back it off 5 bpm for that practice session. The loops all are roughly 5 minutes in length. You can download an entire set of high quality loops in our store.
